Due to the personal care nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items once an order has been delivered. We are unable to cancel orders once items have shipped.
We offer store credit only for orders that arrive damaged, incorrect, or lost in transit. Orders that arrive damaged or incorrect must be reported within 5 days of delivery with photos.
